I
received my package of centerpieces today...these look
GREAT! The color
will work perfectly as well! Unfortunately, after
unpacking each item, I
found that three of the globes at the bottom of the box are
shattered. What
can I do?

company did it again-they are not very careful at times!
When is your wedding? Do we have time to ship you 3
new globes? Once received the arrangement should just
slide into them...Please let us know what we can do for you
to fix this problem.

The wedding isn't until late August so there is certainly
plenty of time for
three new globes to be shipped. Thank you for such a
quick response! In
addition, I have already passed your web-site address to a few
gals who are
also in the midst of their own wedding plans...
