possible. Same day shipments are accepted Monday through
Thursday until 11:00 a.m. pst. Same day rush fees and
additional shipping charges will be added to the ground fees

checkout! Your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified by email if we cannot meet
your timeline. Anvente is not responsible for late
arrivals or cancellations because of missing or incorrect information, email filters,
spam blockers or wrong email addresses.
From time to time we may be
temporarily out of stock. We have trucks arriving weekly and
will fill out of stock orders with arrival of next shipment if
your product will arrive by the date supplied to us. If we are not given
dates we will fill your order when items become available and ship
ASAP.
Due to
the high volume of orders that are rapidly processed it is
not possible to make additions, changes, deletions or
cancellations to orders once paid for.

We
have tried to show colors as accurately as possible but lighting
conditions, photographic processes and color monitors may not
display them in their true colors.
Glass, porcelains, clay, ceramics and other fragile items are not returnable or
exchangeable! We suggest
that you order minimum quantity available to make sure the
bulk purchase will be correct. Please see our return policy for

We have been
getting many rush orders because brides have been purchasing the
economy tower vases offered on the web and needed to replace them with
us before their wedding at a huge expense in rush freight fees.
They have all asked us to post this to help other brides not make this
mistake and be able to know the difference in our tower vases vs. the
economy tower vases offered at a very minimal price elsewhere on the
web. Their comments are that the vases are coming in not clear -
almost white, narrow bottoms, very thin glass so there is no weight to
them and when placing the arrangement in the vase the top literally
breaking off in pieces with any pressure placed on them. They
also wanted to share that there has been problems with these economy
vases falling over if there is any weight to the top arrangements at
all and that our heavier bases hold so much more weight. |

please note: all larger and
shaped glass items are hand blown - if you have not experienced
this kind of glass, all dimensions will vary with the beauty of
hand blown glass. Not perfect matches, some flaws to be
expected but the elegance of this glass will shine through at any
reception. We match items for large orders being shipped to
the same customer as closely as possible, we do not guarantee
exact matches. We are constantly previewing glass to obtain
the best on the market and may cause changes in origins. |
