Anvente and it's designers have been working with brides for over 18
years. We know the stress you feel even when you are working
with a designer down the street much less across the United
States! It is hard not to be able to see your bouquet and
worry that it will not be all you dreamed.
Because we use the internet as a
vehicle to sell our product we feel it is even more important to
give you the comfort you need to purchase from us. We are
always looking for new ways to do this and welcome emails from all
brides with ideas on how to make your purchase more
comfortable. We have created Stress Busters from brides we
have worked with on the internet, their ideas, suggestions and
the steps that we took to make them feel comfortable.
Once approved the flowers are shipped and there are no
returns as all wedding flowers are created by designers especially
for you.
Your very own personal designer: Whether you are
comfortable with email or phone you have your own personal
designer that you are working with from the minute we receive your
order until you receive your bouquet. When we receive your wedding
flower order you will receive two emails. One confirms your
order the second is from your personal designer. She will
introduce herself and give you her personal email for any
questions you may have.
What is the job of my personal
designer: Not only is she
there for questions regarding your bouquet she designs them and is
in charge of every step of putting together your order. If
someone is helping her she approves every flower used and every
bout or corsage that is designed. She is also there to
answer other questions for you. Need to know how you can
make a detachable veil? Need to know how to make a centerpiece?
Your questions are important to us and is part of our service.
See your bouquet before it is
shipped: Special designed
bouquets are especially hard for brides to picture. You are
not alone! You want special flowers and a special design but
do not have any idea what they will look like when all your ideas
are put together. Will you like your creation once you see
it? Ask your personal designer to email you pictures when it
is finished for your approval! This step we feel is very
important for stress relief of our brides. We can fix,
recreate and make sure that we have created the bouquet of your
dreams before it ever ships to you! Most importantly, you
will see exactly how your bouquet is going to look in your most
important keepsakes-your pictures.
Please
note: This is not to be used as a color match because all
browsers are different there is no way we can guarantee the color
you see will be the color you receive. We ask that you send
us a sample so we can match a specialty color.
Can I send a picture of the bouquet I would
like recreated:
We can recreate bouquets from pictures.
I have no idea where to start in
trying to take my bouquet picture from my mind and put to paper
for my designer:
Go to our worksheet and fill it
out. This sheet was designed from talking to thousands of
brides trying to do the same thing. The worksheet helps
paint the picture of your bouquet for our designers to create the
real thing. Make sure that you list all things that pop into
your mind as you are filling it out. Once you fax this to us, your
designer will contact you with any questions she has.
Can you email my picture to more than one
person:
Yes! If parents are paying for your flowers they may also
want to see. We will send your picture for free up to 3
addresses for approval.
Can I tell how big my bouquet is from the
picture:
When we send your picture to you it will include dimensions of the
finished bouquet. Our designers never work within the
boundaries of size. But can reduce the size if needed after
completion.
Will I receive the same service if I order a
bouquet from a picture on your site: You
will receive a personal designer whether we are designing a
specialty bouquet or a standard one. Every order is equally
important to us and whether you ever talk to your personal
designer or not she is there for you.
Do I receive the same service if I am
sending you my silks to design: Yes! All of
our brides are important to us no matter how big or small the
order you will get the same personal care from our designers
at no additional charge. |
