Normally in
stock items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt
of your order. Special order items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of your order at our location - allow
additional 2-3 weeks for shipping.
Email us the complete
item number located under the picture to check arrival time if you
have a time crunch! All special order items are brought in on a
paid order basis.

Rush shipping is available - please read the "rush
order section" located on our
shipping information
page for more details and to make sure a rush shipment is
possible. Same day shipments are accepted Monday through
Thursday until 11:00 a.m. pst. Same day rush fees and
additional shipping charges will be added to the ground fees
charged by our cart. Please call our order dept at 971.237.9447 to

event date and date needed in the special instruction box at
checkout! You will be notified by email if we cannot meet
your timeline. Anvente is not responsible for late
arrivals because of missing information or wrong email addresses.
From time to time we may be
temporarily out of stock. We have trucks arriving weekly and
will fill out of stock orders with arrival of next shipment if
your product will arrive by the date supplied to us. If we are not given
dates we will fill your order when items become available and ship
ASAP.
Due to
the high volume of orders that are rapidly processed it is
not possible to make additions, changes, deletions or
cancellations to orders once paid for.

have tried to show balloon colors as accurately as possible but lighting
conditions, photographic processes and color monitors may not
display them in their true colors.
Due to special order and/or nature of these products, all items on
this page are not returnable or exchangeable and you will be asked
to agree to these terms at checkout. We suggest that you order
minimum quantity available to make sure the bulk purchase will be
