RUSH ORDERS / Additional Freight Payments
Orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. PST- Monday through Friday
for same day shipping!
UPS does not work Holidays and Weekends and will not count as
shipping days.
Because so many of our items go in oversized boxes by UPS/FedEx
standards even though they are very light we do not offer online
rush shipping because there is no way we can know what the costs
will be until your box is packed, weighed and measured.
We charge your card what we are being charged by UPS to ship
your order at your choice of 3-day, 2-day and overnight
shipping. Please note: in many cases a rush fee will
also apply! Our cart
will charge standard freight fees and in addition your card will
be charged for the difference when your box is packed, weighed
and UPS notifies us of the fees.
The original order must be placed
online and submitted with initial payment made - see above for
payment choices.
Print off the Freight Approval Sheet,
fill out all information, sign and fax to us at 503.474.9851
with your additional payment information. Please note:
if there is any missing or incorrect information on the form it
will stop the processing of your order!
Once your paid order and your
fax is received, we will contact you ASAP if we cannot make your
timeline and will not deduct any payments from your card if we
cannot meet it. If there are no problems, we will
ship immediately and email your tracking number. |

Order Changes or
Cancellations:
Due to the
high volume of orders that are rapidly processed it is not possible
to make additions, changes, deletions or cancellations to orders
once submitted and paid for.

Where We Ship:
Within the continental US only!
We can ship to AK and HI via priority mail but are limited to what
USPS allows us to ship. We can ship via UPS but that would be
considered air and carries a very large freight rate - customer
would need to follow the instructions for rush orders / additional
freight.

Minimum Order Requirement:
We
do not have minimum orders but we add a $6.00 handling fee to cover
special handling on smaller orders.

Out of Stock:
Anvente Enterprises LLC
reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock,
you will be notified via email. If substitutions are available
we will make you aware but will not ship without your permission. If unable to ship or substitute
total monies will be credited to your card immediately. If you
paid by check, you money will be mailed to you as soon as our bank
notifies us that your check has cleared. If you paid by postal money
order, we will mail you a check ASAP if deposited or will send back
the check or money order if we have not.

Why do I need to
leave a message when I call?
We feel that we should have knowledgeable representatives answering
your questions. Sometimes this means that they are working with
others and cannot answer your call at that
time. Please leave a message and one of our reps will contact
you as soon as they become available. In many cases, emails
are quicker to receive an answer than phones because we do have
people that work emails in the evening where we only have a few reps
that answer phones.

Samples vs. Product Shipped:
We cannot guarantee that samples will
match the product unless we are notified in advance. This is
especially important for color samples and hand blown glass items.
If we do not know what we are matching, we cannot match and will not
be held responsible if we are not told at the sample order level.
The request for matching samples sent must be in writing on your
invoice so if we feel there might be a problem, we can contact you
in advance and let you know of potential problems. As an
example, hand blown glass items can vary up to 1-3/4" +/-. If
we do not take measurements of your sample, we cannot match the
larger order. We will not be held responsible for this step
not being taken in the order process and items will not be
returnable - no exceptions.

Design
Flower Changes:
We have designed our stress buster service for minor changes to the
design you have chosen. Larger changes i.e. different flowers
or a totally different design may carry extra charges especially if
the flowers you are requesting needs to be shipped in to finish your
new design. You will be working closely with your designer and
she can help you with any changes that may occur and cost effective
ways to complete them.
Rush Designed Wedding
Flowers:
Place your order with "Call Me"
option and enter your date needed in the special instruction box.
It is important that the florist scheduler sees exactly what you
want and your timeline to be able to check all schedules and see if
she can match you with a designer. You will be contacted by
phone with options.

Measurements:
We cannot guarantee measurements on any
of our items. As an example, hand blown glass items can vary up to
1-3/4" +/-. If we do not receive correspondence from a customer on
dimensions and alerted they are looking for a particular size we
cannot help or be held responsible for sizing. We will not be held
responsible for this step not being taken in the order process and
items will not be returnable - no exceptions.
