stock items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt
of your order. Special order items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of your order at our location - allow
additional 2-3 weeks for shipping.

 Austrian Crystal
Information
Austria is the world capital of crystal making and the home of
Austrian crystals. Swarovski crystals are made in Austria
and are rated as the top of the line along with the Egyptian
crystals. Austrian crystal is considered rhinestone jewelry
which the original rhinestones were pebbles of rock crystal from
the Rhine River. In 1775 George Ferderic Stras started
coasting the lower side of glass with metal powder to closely
resemble diamonds. In 1955, the coating "Aurora Borealis"
was introduced to apply to glass to produce a rainbow of colors.
These pins were
chosen to use as vase pins, bouquet pins, to be added to bouquets
or just to wear by itself. These pins are designed with
genuine Austrian Crystals that are designed in the USA All
our pins include a white swirl gift box. |
