I understand that there is no limit on freight fees and that Anvente
Enterprises LLC is not set up to do shipping quotes. Because of the
size of our items, even though light, can carry a large shipping bill
because of oversize status especially on overnight shipments. Even a
small order can run $100+ in overnight costs depending on size.
I acknowledge that Anvente Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any
delays caused by acts of God, strikes or other unforeseen occurrences that
may delay estimated delivery dates. As with all other sales
organizations, we have no control over the actions or policies of 3rd party
shipping organizations. Shipments are FOB our factory and any late
deliveries or damage caused by these companies will be addressed to the
shipping agency and Anvente Enterprises LLC will be held harmless.
I acknowledge that once rush orders are
placed, they cannot be cancelled.
I acknowledge that Anvente Enterprises LLC will charge me true freight
fees on this order plus a $25.00 rush fee-initial here_________ . I also acknowledge that I will be charged the difference
between the ground fee shown on the original order and the true freight
fees. Any freight charges on the original order is considered a
deposit on rush fees.
I acknowledge that there may be more than one location where my order
ships from if there are multiple items and that I am responsible for all
freight fees.
I acknowledge that all packages shipped via UPS has insurance coverage of
$100.00. I would like to pay for additional insurance coverage of
$_____________ initial here_________ if available in my area.
