Normally special order items are shipped immediately upon receipt of your order at our location - allow extra time for shipping. Email us the complete item number located under the picture to check estimated availability if you have a time crunch!  All items are brought in on a paid order basis.

 Rush shipping is available upon arrival at our warehouse - please read the "rush order section" located on our shipping information page for more details and to make sure a rush shipment is possible.  Additional shipping charges will be added to the ground fees charged by our cart. Enter your event date and date needed in the special instruction box at checkout!  Your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified by email if we cannot meet your timeline. Anvente is not responsible for late arrivals or cancellations because of missing or incorrect information, email filters, spam blockers or wrong email addresses.

If we are not given dates we will fill your order when items become available and ship ASAP.

Due to the high volume of orders that are rapidly processed  it is not possible to make additions, changes, deletions or cancellations to orders once paid for.

Warning... Do not use pictures to color match!

We have tried to show colors as accurately as possible but lighting conditions, photographic processes and color monitors may not display them in their true colors.

Because of the nature of these products and health concern issues - all items on this page are not returnable or exchangeable!  We suggest that you order minimum quantity available to make sure the bulk purchase will be correct or send a sample color for us to match for you.  Please see our return policy for more information or email florists for additional product information before placing your order.
