Normally in stock items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Special order items are shipped immediately upon receipt of your order at our location - allow additional 2-3 weeks for shipping. Email us the complete item number located under the picture to check arrival time if you have a time crunch!   All special order items are brought in on a paid order basis.

Rush shipping is available - please read the "rush order section" located on our shipping information page for more details and to make sure a rush shipment is possible.  Same day shipments are accepted Monday through Thursday until 11:00 a.m. pst.  Same day rush fees and additional shipping charges will be added to the ground fees charged by our cart. We sell Holiday items all year but our new seasonal items start arriving end of July each year.  We start adding new items to our website in July of each year. We will fill orders with arrival of next shipment if your product will arrive by the date supplied to us.  If we are not given dates we will fill your order when items become available and ship ASAP.

Due to the high volume of orders that are rapidly processed  it is not possible to make additions, changes, deletions or cancellations to orders once paid for.
