Normally ceramics are shipped via ground carrier for arrival within approximately
10-14 working
days depending on customers location. Overnight or 3-day delivery is available - additional
freight charges and rush fees will apply.

From time to time we may be out of
stock. We have trucks arriving weekly and will fill out of
stock orders with arrival of next shipment if we are not given dates
we will fill your order when items become available and ship ASAP. |

event date and date needed in the special instruction box at
checkout! You will be notified by email if we cannot meet
your timeline. Anvente is not responsible for late
arrivals because of missing information or wrong email addresses.
Please note: when we
feel we cannot meet your order date your order is placed on hold
until we can reach you. Make sure your ship dates are not
same day without contacting us first or your order may be
unnecessarily held up.

lighting conditions, photographic processes and color monitors may
not display them in their true colors.
Glass, porcelains, clay, ceramics and other fragile items are not
returnable. We suggest that you order one to make sure
larger purchases will be correct.
