location - allow extra time for shipping. Email

Due to
the high volume of orders that are rapidly processed it is
not possible to make additions, changes, deletions or
cancellations to orders once paid for.

have tried to show balloon colors as accurately as possible but lighting
conditions, photographic processes and color monitors may not
display them in their true colors.
Due to the
nature of this product, items on this page are not returnable or
exchangeable! We suggest
that you order minimum quantity available to make sure the
bulk purchase will be correct or send us a swatch to help you

Note: Read the following information
carefully which applies to imprinted balloons. Our standard
policies do not pertain to imprinted balloons. We do need
your imprinting information in writing. Either by filling
out the form below and faxing it to 503.474.0981.
|
|
1. Terms: All orders must be
paid for in advance and all payments must clear before balloons
are ordered. Allow 3-4 weeks for imprint order to arrive
from the time of your payment clearing. No exceptions. To
expedite balloons we suggest credit card or wire transfer.
|
|
2. Overruns/Underruns: All latex
imprint orders are subject to a 5% overrun or underrun of 5%. Credit card number must be on file to charge for overages
and will be billed accordingly. |
|
3. Print Directions: Unless
otherwise specified, each balloon is printed to read with neck
down.
|
|
4. Once your order is placed you
have 24 hours to cancel. After that time period your order
cannot be cancelled unless it is during the holding period of
checks clearing our in the process of arriving through the
mail. In these instances, your order can be cancelled
prior to payment.

5. There are no returns-NO EXCEPTIONS.
|
|
6. All orders are imprinted on
Qualatex balloons.
|
|
7. All balloons are imprinted on one
side only.
|
|
8. Ink color choices are black or
white. We suggest white on jewel and darker colors and black
on lighter standard colors. Ink colors cannot be split on orders.
|
|
9. There are 19 characters allowed per
line and 5 lines of strait line copy. You may choose between
script or block letters.
