stock items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt
of your order. Special order items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of your order at our location - allow
additional 2-3 weeks for shipping.

Rush shipping is available - please read the "rush

possible. Same day shipments are accepted Monday through
Thursday until 11:00 a.m. pst. Same day rush fees and
additional shipping charges will be added to the ground fees

your timeline. Anvente is not responsible for late
arrivals because of missing information or wrong email addresses.
From time to time we may be
temporarily out of stock. We have trucks arriving weekly and
will fill out of stock orders with arrival of next shipment if
your product will arrive by the date supplied to us. If we are not given
dates we will fill your order when items become available and ship
ASAP.
Due to
the high volume of orders that are rapidly processed it is
not possible to make additions, changes, deletions or
cancellations to orders once paid for.

have updated our instructions to be printed off from a secured
area in our site. When your order has been placed you
will receive a user id and password to enter our secured area
to print off your instructions. Allow 24-36 hours for
your email to arrive.
Make sure to supply us with your correct email at

password you will have 6 months to enter our secured area to view our
instructions and updates.
